This blog was inspired by my participation as a panelist at The Presidential Summit on the opportunities and challenges of the globalization of the practice of law presented at the 2008 New York Bar Association Annual meeting. Lawyers cannot ignore that the practice of law is globalizing. They do so at their peril.
